CasedCalc is a suite of completion engineering calculators — covering tubular mechanics and completion tools — intended to be installable across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. The Service is currently in active development; calculators described on the site may not yet be functional, and features, availability, and pricing may change before launch.
3. Engineering Use & Disclaimer
The calculators are engineering aids, not a substitute for professional judgment. Results are intended to assist qualified engineers and should always be independently verified against applicable standards, company procedures, and the specifics of your well or operation before being relied upon for design, operational, or safety decisions. CasedCalc is not a substitute for review, sign-off, or certification by a licensed professional engineer where required.
You are solely responsible for verifying that any calculation, input assumption, or output is appropriate for your use case. Do not rely on the Service for any decision where an error could result in injury, loss of life, environmental harm, or property damage without independent professional verification.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
The Service does not currently require an account. If accounts are introduced in the future, you'll be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where law permits
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Misrepresent calculator outputs as certified or professionally reviewed when they are not
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by CasedCalc (or its licensors) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only the limited rights described in our License.
